Holder records can now be linked to the Client Holder Accounting system
Passfield’s facility to calculate estimated Inner and Outer Holder (typically ‘Shelf ‘and ‘Trolley’) quantities on Sales transactions has now been enhanced to link to actual Holder records.
These Holder records can now be linked to the Client Holder Accounting system so when a Confirmed ‘Shelf’ and/or ‘Trolley’ quantity is added to a sales transaction it will automatically update the Holder balance for that customer.
Subsequent returns of 'Shelves' and 'Trolleys' can be logged in Holder Returns and Statement documents can be emailed directly to your customers.
