2020 has been the most extraordinary year for all of us. It has brought a lot of uncertainty and fear, but like most things, it has also brought out a remarkable measure of good.
We've been inspired by the resilience of our clients in the face of real challenges, and their capacity to innovate to overcome those challenges. It seems so many nurseries this year responded to the uncertainty with a determination to do what they do, even better. This has had a knock-on impact on our own business.
At Passfield, we have gone from a situation of fearing the worst to having the best sales performance in over 10 years. We are lucky to be supplying an industry that has faired the last 9 months so well and this has been bolstered by increased consumer interest in horticulture, particularly in the younger generation.
The Passfield team has worked tirelessly this year to provide the best levels of client support to both existing and new clients. We’ve also developed some exciting new features in Passfield, including a retail option to our highly successful webshop, the ability to use HTML and send images in system generated emails, and a revolutionary Virtual Batch composition function.
We hope to publish our latest newsletter early in 2021, but in the meantime the Passfield team extend seasonal best wishes to you all.
