Client Support  

This is a new permanent, full time role which will focus entirely on providing product and consultancy support to clients who use the Passfield system.

Horticultural business practice is complex. To match market needs the Passfield system is very comprehensive and flexible, therefore our client support operation requires a set of skills and a level of expertise which are separate from, and complementary to, the development and sale of the software system itself.

Our clients’ ongoing experience of Passfield is crucial to the success of the company. We are looking for an energetic and innovative individual who will provide the highest level of service and client satisfaction. 

Key duties will be- 

• Provision of front line day to day help-desk services.

• Managing the implementation of new systems

• Fulfilling Client training and consultancy both onsite and offsite

• Continuous improvement of the role and service provided

• Actively seeking revenue streams 

Candidates will clearly demonstrate- 

• An excellent understanding of  Windows applications

• A good knowledge of server environments

• Excellent people skills

• Enthusiasm and tenacity

• A good understanding of SQL

• Horticultural management experience (preferable but not essential) 

Salary- negotiable

Location- office based near Honiton, East Devon.
